You retain ownership of your manuscript, proposal, artwork, photographs, illustrations, and other materials you submit to Greenflower Press. Sending a submission does not transfer copyright, title, moral rights, or any other intellectual-property right to Greenflower Press, and it does not grant us a licence to publish, sell, adapt, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit your work.

By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the authority to share them for editorial review and that the submission does not knowingly infringe another person’s rights. You grant Greenflower Press only the limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission needed to receive, store, read, copy for internal review, and share the submission with employees or professional advisers involved in evaluating it.

A submission is not an offer of publication and does not create a publishing agreement. We may review, decline, or request further information at our discretion. We do not claim ownership of an idea merely because it is submitted. Any publication relationship, including rights granted, territory, format, term, royalties, costs, approvals, reversion, and termination, must be set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

We will use reasonable care to keep submitted materials private during review and will not publicly disclose or commercially use an unpublished submission without your permission or a separate written agreement, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for confidential professional review. Because unsolicited submissions may be read by more than one reviewer, we cannot promise absolute confidentiality or guarantee that every submission will be returned.

Please keep your own complete copy of everything you send. We are not responsible for loss or corruption caused by transmission, and we do not accept responsibility for material that is submitted to an incorrect address or channel.

Text, images, logos, book information, and other material on this website belong to Greenflower Press, its authors, or their respective rights holders. You may view the material for personal reference, but you may not reproduce, modify, republish, or commercially exploit it without permission.
